In our Pistachio facility in Vietnam, we have invested in a process that removes foreign material to create pistachio ingredients with lower levels of foreign material and ideal for inclusion in a manufacturers process. We sieve to remove powder, aspirate to remove light foreign material, we send product through several different magnets to remove metal pieces and visually inspect product on a conveyor to remove stone, sticks, shells and other defects.
