We operate state-of-the-art ingredients factory in Giresun, Turkey, and nut cracking facilities across the Black Sea Coast. These are equipped with world leading technology for roasting, specialty dicing, colour sorting and sieving. Our variable capacity roasting lines are produce hazelnuts with consistent flavour, aroma and texture. This technology combined with our experienced team, ensures we deliver a high-quality product to our customers.
In 2011, Olam acquired a leading processing plant in Georgia, close to Samagrelo/Zugdidi - Georgia’s largest growing region. From this region we are able to offer larger callipers to customers.
