For 30 years our quality assurance teams have implemented rigorous food safety systems in all of our businesses. Our processing facilities are all HACCP, ISO or BRC accredited. We are present in growing communities 12 months of the year. Across all our businesses, we manage over 2.4 million hectares of farms, plantations and forestry concessions and buy from a network of more than 4.8 million smallholder farmers. Each product brings its own procurement challenges, from supply limitations to poor traceability. We make it our business to understand the environment, build relationships with suppliers and create a reliable supply chain for our customers. Which products can I purchase online?

In our online store Australian customers can purchase Australian almonds, grown and processed by Olam in Australia or browse our imported nuts processed by Olam in VIetnam.

What are order lead times when I purchase online ?

The products in the In Stock section are ready for immediate delivery. In our Made to Order section lead times are displayed in our shop pages.

Is there a minimum order quantity in the shop?

In our In Stock section there is no minimum order quantity. Our Made to Order section is for bulk orders and must be made in 6 pallet lots. In the cart you will have the option to take 1 delivery or 3 drawdowns.

How can I become an online customer?

Online accounts are only available for Australian Customers because delivery is restricted to Metro areas within Australia. To sign up please complete our simple registration form (here) and a member of our team will get in touch. Please allow 5 business days for your account to be approved.

How can I change my order?

If you are drawing down against a forward contract, you will be able to make changes to your order ( quantity, shipping address and estimated delivery date) up until your order has been sent to our fulfilment team. After the order has been processed (in My Account you will be able to see order status has been changed to “Confirmed”) you will need to contact Olam directly to discuss changes.
