Our almond ingredients have good colour, crunchy texture and nutty flavour. We achieve this through careful management of the blanching and drying processes in our Bien Hoa BRC-accredited almond facility. When we blanch, we use clean water and gently remove skin to preserve colour and flavour. We dry the product slowly at low temperatures to avoid colour variation. We store our raw almonds and finished almond ingredients in climate-controlled warehouse and always make your product to order.
